    Common questions.

    How much do partners earn?+
    30% of the recurring subscription revenue QR Rx actually collects from each clinic you refer, for up to 24 months counted from the clinic's first paid invoice. Referred clinics get 20% off their first 3 months, so during those months your 30% is on the discounted amount collected. Annual prepays earn the same 30% on the collected base amount.
    What do clinics get when they come through me?+
    20% off their base subscription for their first 3 months, on top of the standard 30-day free trial every clinic gets. It's applied automatically at checkout through your link, so you arrive with a real discount attached, not just a referral link. Standard signups don't get the discount.
    When do I get paid?+
    Monthly, on the 10th of the following month, by direct deposit through Stripe Connect. The minimum payout per month is $25, otherwise it rolls forward into the next period.
    What attribution model do you use?+
    First-touch. The first partner whose link a clinic visits owns the attribution. Locked at the moment of clinic registration so future program changes never reach back to your existing referrals.
    What happens if a clinic cancels?+
    Residual stops the moment the clinic stops paying. The 24-month cap is a maximum, not a guarantee.
    Are there restrictions on who I can refer?+
    Yes. You cannot refer your own practice or any practice you have an ownership stake in. You also may not refer practices in arrangements that would violate the federal Anti-Kickback Statute or state fee-splitting rules. The full restrictions are in the Partner Agreement, which approved partners sign before payouts begin.
    Is the program available outside the United States?+
    Not yet. Stripe Connect Express requires US tax identity for individual accounts. International partners can apply and we will reach out when international payouts open up.
    How long does the application take to review?+
    5 business days. We respond by email either way.
